The Eastbourne Airshow 2026 takes place on 13–16 August along the Eastbourne seafront. Also known as Airbourne, this free four-day event combines spectacular aerial displays with military attractions, historic aircraft, family entertainment and evening events.

World-Class Aircraft Displays Over Eastbourne Seafront

Visitors can watch fast jets, historic aircraft, helicopters and aerobatic displays along Eastbourne seafront. The 2026 line-up includes the RAF Red Arrows, RAF Typhoon, Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, Royal Navy Black Cats and Red Devils Army Parachute Display Team, alongside a range of historic and modern aircraft.

The Red Devils are making their Airbourne debut in 2026, with displays planned for Saturday and Sunday. The Spirit of Kent Spitfire, Navy Wings Wasp, P-51 Mustang and other aircraft also feature in this year’s programme.

Family-Friendly Seafront Festival Atmosphere

As well as the flying displays, Airbourne features military exhibitions, children’s entertainment, food stalls, trade stands and evening entertainment. The main event site at Western Lawns is open from 10:30am to 5pm each day, while flying generally begins around lunchtime.

The weekend finishes with a firework finale on Sunday evening, adding an extra highlight to the four-day event.

Eastbourne Airshow is free to attend, making it one of the most accessible major airshows in the UK. It remains a key highlight of the summer calendar for both locals and visitors.
