The Bexhill Festival of Music is one of East Sussex’s most popular annual cultural events. It brings together live performances, local talent and internationally recognised musicians in venues across Bexhill-on-Sea. The festival runs each summer and showcases jazz, folk, classical, rock and choral music. It attracts visitors from across Sussex and the South East. Last Night of the Bexhill Proms
A key highlight of the festival is the Last Night of the Bexhill Proms. This grand finale takes place on Sunday 12 July 2026 at the De La Warr Pavilion.
The event features the Sussex Concert Orchestra, the Bexhill Festival Choir and conductor Kenneth Roberts. It delivers an uplifting evening of patriotic favourites, audience singalongs and traditional Proms celebrations.
The atmosphere creates a classic seaside Proms experience and attracts visitors of all ages.
