About
The Bexhill Festival of Music is one of East Sussex’s most popular annual cultural events. It brings together live performances, local talent and internationally recognised musicians in venues across Bexhill-on-Sea. The festival runs each summer and showcases jazz, folk, classical, rock and choral music. It attracts visitors from across Sussex and the South East. Performances take place at the iconic De La Warr Pavilion and other local community venues.
Last Night of the Bexhill Proms
A key highlight is the Last Night of the Bexhill Proms. This grand finale features the Sussex Concert Orchestra, the Bexhill Festival Choir and conductor Kenneth Roberts. The event delivers an uplifting atmosphere with patriotic favourites, audience singalongs and flag-waving celebrations. It creates a memorable seaside Proms experience for all ages.
