Battle of Hastings BMX is an international four-day BMX event held at Source Park in Hastings every September. Since launching in 2016, it has grown into one of the world’s leading BMX competitions. The event attracts the world’s best BMX riders and thousands of spectators to Hastings.
Team Competition
The event is famous for its unique team format. Team captains select professional BMX riders to compete across a series of park sessions. The competition showcases technical riding, huge tricks and creative lines inside Source Park, the world’s largest underground skatepark.
Beach Jam and Festival Atmosphere
Alongside the main competition, visitors can watch the popular Swatch Beach Jam on Hastings beach. The event also includes Flatland Battles and additional riding sessions throughout the weekend. This creates a lively festival atmosphere and makes Battle of Hastings one of the highlights of the UK’s BMX calendar.
